Join us behind the scenes for an insight into the history of Pellestova, how we work with our ingredients, and get a taste of the restaurant concept Slakteriet.
We begin with storytelling and then take you through the entire slaughter line. You’ll get to see all the strange and exciting things we have here, along with an introduction to the process of handling game meat—everything from transport, reception, skinning, meat aging, cutting, packaging, and the production of various products.
Next, you’ll visit the shop located in the same building before we conclude in the restaurant on the second floor. Here, you’ll be served champagne and two different tastings, along with some background history and an introduction to the concept of Slakteriet Restaurant.
