Restaurant 980, which also serves as the hotel’s breakfast restaurant, offers a classic yet refined menu inspired by local ingredients. Peisestova serves simple, comforting dishes in a warm and cosy setting, while Pellekroa is the place for freshly baked pizza and a relaxed atmosphere.

For a truly memorable evening, we recommend Slakteriet Restaurant, where you can enjoy a tasting menu of 6 to 10 courses featuring ingredients produced in our own butchery and sourced from some of our finest local partners.
