Located right next to the cross country trails Pellekroa is perhaps the mountains finest pizzeria! Here you can ski right to the door and pick up a delicious pastry or a freshly made Italian stone baked pizza.
Our pizza is made with Caputo flour, Italy’s leading producer of so-called 00 flour. The dough is raised for 72 hours before being baked in a stone oven at 400 degrees. This gives the pizza a thin base and a light and airy crust. Pellestova pizza is made from carefully selected ingredients that provide a unique taste experience.
Open every weekend from just after Christmas all the way through to Easter, we also offer take away pizza all day and in the evening we can deliver pizzas to the cabin areas nearby.
During the summer months Pellekroa provides a fantastic venue for weddings, private parties and a host of other events.
