Does it cost anything to park at Pellestova? Do you have indoor parking?
NKR 50 for one hour
NKR 150 for one day
Overnight guests have free parking and the option of parking in one of our underground car parks.
Do you provide charging for electric cars?
We have 6 charging stations for 22kw electric cars. You can connect via the app Cloud Charge or Lade i Norge and will be charged per minute.
Is Pellestova accessible by public transport?

Is it possible to rent skis at Pellestova?
We do not have our own in house ski rental but guests will find a branch of Hafjell Ski Rental at Gaiastova, just 4 minutes away. You can book your skis / snowboard /cross country skis online at https://hafjellskiutleie.no/index.php#
How much does the toll cost?
The last stretch of road from the toll booth to Pellestova is privately owned and as such is subject to a fee.
You only have to pay for passing the toll booth on the way up to Pellestova. This can be done via the machine placed just by the toll itself or automatically by registering on Autopay.io. (provided you are also registered on the ONEPARK system)
If you chose to drive through the toll without paying you can either pay on Autopay.io or wait for a bill in the post (for which an additional fee of kr 60,- is charged).
Do I need to book a table in advance?
During certain periods it is advisable to book a table in advance at all our restaurants.
Is the hotel connected to the ski resort by a lift?
No, we do not have lift access to Hafjell alpine resort, though it takes just 4 minutes to drive to Gaiastova from the hotel. We do however have ski in ski out access to the fantastic network of cross county ski trail on Øyerfjellet.
Do you allow Dogs?
Absolutely! Dogs can be brought in to all our rooms for an additional kr 450,- (covers the duration of your stay)
We do not however allow pets in the common areas of the hotel.
If you would like to take advantage of our kennel facility, this is free of charge, but be sure to inform reception that your dog is in there for the night.
Do you have somewhere I can wax my skis?
Yes, we have a fully equipped ski-prep room at the hotel. Here you will find all the necessary amenities to wax your skis as well as daily wax tips. We also sell a variety of waxes in reception.
Do you rent out bikes?
We certainly do! We have both regular mountain bikes for rent, just ask one of out members of staff in reception for help.
Is there a place I can store my bike?
Sure! We have a bike shed for storing bikes and for those who want to keep an eye on their prized possession they may also take their bikes up to their room, provided they wash them first!!
What is there to do if the weather is less than hospitable?
The hotel is equipped with a small gym, or how about relaxing with a cup of coffee on the sofa in Peisestova. We also have board games available from reception.
Why not take a trip to Lillehammer and enjoy relaxing in one of the many cafes and museums or take a stroll along Lillehammer’s picturesque Gågata.
Families with young children might like to pay a visit to Jorekstad swimming pool.
