Located in the same building as Slakteriet Restaurant and the hotel’s own butchery, Slakteributikken is a small shop filled with local delicacies, artisan products and carefully selected specialities from Italy. Here, the flavours of Gudbrandsdalen meet the traditions of Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting.

In our display counter, you’ll find products made in our own butchery, including cured meats, sausages, premium cuts and seasonal specialities. We also offer a carefully curated selection of cheeses, olive oils, pasta, sauces and other Italian favourites, alongside local products from producers across the region.
