At Pellestova, great food is an essential part of the experience, and Restaurant 980 sits at the heart of it all. This is where your day begins with breakfast in relaxed surroundings and ends with dinner inspired by the mountains, the changing seasons and locally sourced ingredients.
Our kitchen combines regional produce with modern flavours and a contemporary Nordic approach. The result is a warm and memorable dining experience, served with panoramic views of the mountains from 980 metres above sea level.

From Tuesday to Thursday, we serve a seasonal set menu. On Fridays, Saturdays and during holiday periods, guests can enjoy our à la carte menu.

Our Philosophy
At Restaurant 980, quality ingredients and honest flavours are at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with local producers, and much of the wild game we serve comes from the mountains surrounding Pellestova before being processed in our own butchery and prepared by our kitchen team.
Our passion for food extends to wine, and our carefully curated wine cellar has been built to complement the flavours on our menus. We also offer vegetarian options and are happy to accommodate allergies or dietary requirements. Simply let us know before your visit.
