Pellestova Hotell offers comfortable accommodation in Hafjell, with cross-country ski trails and hiking paths right outside the door. Here, you stay in the heart of the mountains, with nature and outdoor activities available year-round.
In winter, the hotel provides ski-in / ski-out access to some of Norway’s best cross-country skiing. During summer, popular hiking and cycling trails start directly from the hotel. Pellestova Hotell is an ideal choice for those seeking a mountain hotel with peace, comfort, and close proximity to nature.
We offer a variety of room types, from double and family rooms to suites in several categories. Rooms are located both in the historic main building and in the new hotel wing. Breakfast is always included.
After an active day, unwind by the fireplace or enjoy dinner in one of our restaurants, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a renowned wine cellar.

Mountain suite
Whether you are planning a longer stay or wish to treat yourself to something extra, the Mountain Suites are ideal for those seeking added comfort, spaciousness, and an exclusive mountain atmosphere.
The suites were fully renovated in 2023 and are furnished with natural materials, creating a warm and elegant ambiance. Each suite is individually decorated with artwork by local artist Thor-Arne Moen.
The Mountain Suites are approximately 38 m² and feature a separate living area with sofa and TV, a desk, a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious, stylish bathroom. All suites offer panoramic views of Reinsfjell and Nevelfjell.

Family room
The Family Rooms are an ideal choice for families seeking generous space, high comfort, and a relaxing mountain stay together. The rooms were fully renovated in 2023 and combine practical solutions with a warm, modern design.
The rooms maintain the same high standard as our suites but are specifically adapted for families. To provide extra space, the walk-in closet has been replaced with a separate bedroom, allowing both children and adults their own comfortable area.
The Family Rooms feature one master bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed, and a spacious living area with a sofa and a 65’’ TV. The bathroom is elegantly renovated with slate tiles and wooden paneling and includes a walk-in shower.
Everything is in place for a comfortable family stay in the mountains – with plenty of room for both relaxation and quality time together.

Double room
The Double Rooms are ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort, quality, and a warm mountain atmosphere. The rooms were fully renovated in 2023 and today appear modern, elegant, and inviting.
The rooms are furnished with high-quality Jensen beds, plush down pillows, and duvets to ensure optimal sleeping comfort. The interior is thoughtfully designed with a focus on both style and functionality, and several rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
The bathrooms have also been fully renovated and feature an elegant combination of slate tiles and wooden paneling, as well as a spacious walk-in shower. Everything is in place for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Deluxe Suite
The Deluxe Suites are perfect for those who want a little something extra. We offer five unique Deluxe Suites, each with a warm and elegant design.
Located in the new hotel wing, the suites offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Each suite features a separate bedroom, a spacious living area with sofa, TV, and dining table, as well as a large, refined bathroom. Expansive windows invite the natural surroundings inside, creating a calm and exclusive atmosphere.
The Deluxe Suites combine modern comfort with the tranquility of the mountains.

Master Suite
The Master Suite is Pellestova’s most exclusive accommodation and a natural choice for those seeking maximum space, comfort, and views. With its 102 m², the suite combines generous space with a warm and thoughtfully designed layout.
The suite features two separate bedrooms, with the master bedroom offering a private bathroom. In addition, there is a guest bathroom and a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, dining table, and an inviting TV corner for both relaxation and enjoyable moments together.
Located on the top floor of the new hotel wing, the Master Suite offers panoramic views of the mountain landscape and Reinsvatnet. Here, you can enjoy an exclusive setting for your stay, with the tranquility of the mountains and nature close by all year round.

Breakfast
Breakfast is always included in the room rate and is served in the hotel restaurant.
We offer a varied breakfast selection with a focus on quality and locally sourced ingredients.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM in Restaurant 980.
Parking
Pellestova Hotell offers free outdoor parking around the hotel for all staying guests.
In addition, we have three indoor parking garages. The newest garage also features a car wash and elevator access directly to the hotel.
Electric vehicle charging
We offer 6 charging stations for electric vehicles (22 kW). Charging is activated via an app, and payment is calculated per minute while the vehicle is connected.
Wifi
Free wireless internet is available in all rooms and public areas.
Bringing your dog to the mountains
Dogs are welcome at Pellestova Hotell. As an overnight guest, you may bring your dog to your room for an additional fee of NOK 450 per stay. Dogs may be brought through the lobby and to the room, but are not permitted in public areas or dining venues.
Day guests are welcome to use our dog room, which is equipped with heated floors and space for up to 14 dogs. Each dog has its own crate, water bowl, and freshly washed blanket.
Use of the dog room is free of charge; however, dogs may not stay there overnight.
Ski storage and prep room
You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better ski waxing room than the one at Pellestova. Here, you can store your skis during your stay and prepare them for a new day on the trails.
The waxing room is equipped with Swix waxing benches with ventilation, as well as waxing irons, trail maps, and daily waxing tips. Everything is in place for a great cross-country skiing experience.
Fitness rooms
Pellestova Hotell offers two different fitness rooms. In the main building, there is a small but well-equipped gym located on the second floor. In the new hotel wing, you’ll find our modern 60 m² fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment.
